Thanks Jules, I will most definitely be staying on here and keeping you company! i know i didn't have loads to lose but if it weren't for this site and all of you guys i wouldn't have done it. I need this to keep me going, i am already unsure of how to syn yesterdays antics lol!

Speaking of maintaining. I always allowed myself an average of 70 syns a week ( i.e 10 a day) now that i am maintaining should i stick with that or can i go up to 15 a day? If you aren't sure dont worry, i know this is going to take some time and experimentation!

7 years nearly! Gosh time flies! I managed to get a count on us risotto for flight tomorrow and some yogurts!! Met my husband who flies too at the terminal and got a massive jacket potato beans cheese and salad which has definately satisfied my stodge cravings!! Back to bed for me soon!!!!x
 
Sat 2nd march Green

B: 1 alpen light (1/2 heb)
Break: weetabix (hea + heb) banana + blueberries.
L: wmeal pasta + pesto (2.5 syns) feta (hea) and salad. Mango
D: pigged out on plan! Low fat supernoodle 3 egg omlette, salad + SW chips. Ketchup (1 syn) el mayo (0.5 syns)
Water: 1050 ml (should really have had more being slightly hungover!
Syns: 4

At the wedding:
1 choc (3 syns)
Apple and parsnip soup + small white bread roll
Chicken wrapped in parma ham stuffed with peppers and served with mash, sauteed potatoes and veg
2 x profiteroles and choc sauce (only half of the actual dessert do was quite pleased)

I was able to have 2 hebs as I'm maintaining now :) which might help towards oil, I also had my hea, I had a few teas and coffees with milk so they went towards my hea. I had 4 small glasses of white wine (24 syns). So I know I defo had at least 27 syns. Just don't know what to make of the rest. Any suggestions guys?? Xxxx

5 syns for the profiteroles
4 for the bread roll

27 + 9 syns = 36 syns?
Maybe say 45 for the day to be safe? Anyone any thoughts?
 
That's a gorgeous dress hun, and the pink cardie goes lovely. You have done soo well to get to target. I am another one of these that slow seems to be the only way. It does get a bit disheartening sometimes, but I refuse to give up!! xx

I know, it is hard the slow way but at least we know its healthy, easy and for life! It's great to have this site for when you do feel like giving up Xx

Aw thanks guys! That's so nice! I should point out I was wearing an unbelievably amazing bra from lazensa which helped me pull of the dress!

B: banana, 1 slice ww toast + tiny scrape of flora light and jam (1/2 heb + 1 syn)
Break: had a terrible day at work, I couldnt even eat on break so just had coffee

L: same as yesterday pesto pasta and feta (hea + 2.5 syns), salad and mango

D: because I missed my cereal on break and I can have an extra heb today decided to have an EE day. Had HM SW style cheese burgers (heb) with SW chips. Unfortunately I forgot I can't have two HeAs on an EE day :( so have to work out the syns for the cheese now. El mayo and ketchup (2 syns)

Also had a coors light (4.5 syns) and a crunching biscuit (4 syns)
Reduced fat cheese with tea (4 syns) poo!

Oops , syns today 18
Syns for week so far: 67 eek!

Monday 4th March Green Day

Well after my mess up yesterday i am having a low syn day today!

B: wmeal roll (HEB) toasted with quark
Snack: Chopped fruit with FF yog
L: Quorn sausage and egg wmeal roll (HEB) + ketchup (1 syn).
D: Quorn chilli con carni (2 syns) served with rice and cheese (HEA2)
Drinks:2 x Coffees and tea with milk (part HEA1) water, Dcoke
Syns (hopefully): 3

Did some window shopping today and i am officially a size 8 - 10! :party0023:
8 top half, 10 bottom. Admittedly some jeans were a bit tight but i have noticed that because i have never liked my figure i have always worn clothes on the big side thinking i cant pull off tighter ones which may not be the case anymore. I took a couple of pics, maybe i will put them up and you guys can tell me what you think!
