Sunday 20th March Green Day

Had a nice wee day today, shopping with OH for outfits for our friends wedding,he got a gorgeous suit and i got..wait for it...a beautiful size 8 dress from DPs!:party0048: Its sleeveless and the sort of style i would never have gone for before WL but now i have more confidence and i think it looks rather nice, if i do say so myself :D. Another bonus of the day was he wantedc to grab some lunch as he is hungover and had munchies, i said i would have to skip lunch as he wanted a dirty burger king but when we got there there was a "spud u like" next door :D. I was a but worried to order baked beans as i am paraniod now after a girl on the forum (cant remember who) was in cafe and saw a staff member stirring butter into the beans!!!!! So i went for baked potato with cheese. :D

Todays food:

B: quorn sausage in wholemeal roll + ketchup (HEB + 1 syn) Coffee + milk (part HEA)
L: Baked potato + cheese (HEA)
D: Omelette, peas + SW chips + Ketchup (1 syn), i may also have some bread as have only had one HEB today
Drinks: have only had about 400ml of water so will up that with dinner.

First day tomorrow :eek:

Had 7 syns alltogether yesterday as made myself a mini maltesers yogurty type dessert thing.

Today, Monday 21st red day today altho I think I sort of made it pointless in the end:

B1: banana, FF yog, coffee (part hea)
B2: banana bisks (heb + part hea) + blueberries and tea (part hea)
L: cheese salad roll (part hea + heb), pineapple. Water
D: 2 x small HM extra lean beef burgers ketchup (1 syn), 1 x white roll (6 syns), quark + salad. Dcoke

Not done so well with the water will do better tomorrow

Tuesday 22nd March green day

B: FF yog + coffee (part hea)
Break: weetabix, strawberries + blueberries, tea (hea + heb)
L: HM pasta salad (made with wholemeal pasta, passata, chilli and basil tomatoes + mixed salad leaves, tomatoes) water
T: quorn chilli con carni + rice (2 syns)
 
Yesterday I went to the gym after work, did 20 min on x trainer and then a zumba class. Drank my usual 1500ml of water which is good.
Syns 2 and total for week 73

Thanks Jules, I'm not feeling that great though :( I have buggered up my knee! Really need to go to doc but its safe to say I need to rest it. I was going to go for a nice run today and to make matters worse its a beautiful day *sigh* Hope ur having a nice day at work Xxx
 
Well, i havent fallen off the wagon or anything but i have had a rather stressful couple of days about which you all would have known about if my laptop hadnt got a virus today and shut down just as i was finishing a rather long post! Ah well, at least i cant bore anyone to tears now! I cant be bothered writing todays and yesterdays diaries but i have stuck to plan and havent had anymore syns, i dont think...maybe one or two more. Anyway WI tomorrow and i dont think i have lost. In fact i think i am going to have a gain. I just have a feeling. Measured myself today and i havent lost any inches in nearly a month so if i lost weight this week i would be so surprised! Oh dear i am in a negative mood. Away i trot because this is a positive place!! :wave_cry:

Most weeks i feel like the scales must be lying but i guess they cant be week after week. Guess its a good thing as i dont really feel like i am on a diet with SW. Dont know how this week is gonna go, think i need to go to the doc on monday, my knee kept me awake again last night. I think exercise may be out the window this week. xx

I am still surprised every week when i stand on the scales lol!

Jules, i think i am sticking with the lower target for now, which means i have two pounds to go. I do have the urge to keep going to my original target but i really feel that my head is quite messed up with regards to my body image and i think i need to take some time and get to know my body again. I have found myself niggling at things that havent bothered me for years and years. These are nigglings that developed into real issues as a teen and i am keen to not let them get a grip of me. I am now a mature, happy woman who WILL NOT GIVE IN TO THE PRESSURE OUR SOCIETY PLACES ON US TO BE RIDICULOUSLY SKINNY!!!! :party0049:

Phew! Rant over :D
 
Friday 25th March Red Day

B: Bananabisks, strawberries, blueberries + coffee (HEA+HEB)
Lunch (well was more like bruch time): scrambled egg on toast with scrape of flora light (HEB)
Met a friend for coffee
Snack: Chopped pear, apple, banana + grapes with FF yog (this is fast becoming one of my fav eats)
D: As long as the chicken defrosts i thought i would make chicken breast stuffed with mozzerella (HEA) with a big salad.
I am also gonna splurge a bit tonight and have a nice big glass of white wine (8.5 syns) and if i so feel like it a creme egg ;) (9 syns)
Water: So far have had 800mls
Syns: 18.5
 
Hi Gem!

I totally know how you feel. Because when I look in the mirror I am convinced I look the same, I have been tempted to carry on losing but I know I am skinny enough now not that I can actually see it yet. Hopefully we will both be able to get over that soon and just focus on keeping it off and having a healthy lifestyle. And a healthy attitude to food.

I find that now ive lost the weight, I've started to stress about other stupid things I didn't care about before- now I'm convinced my eyebrows are really asymmetrical and keep getting really stressed about it. Stupid really but I'm trying to be sensible about these things (particularly as there's nothing I can do about that one... Unless anyone knows of an Eyebrow Straightening World I can join?!) - I'm going to get a fringe to cover up my eyebrows!

I know I probably sound like a crazy person but I'm starting to wonder if psychologically we are destined to never be happy with ourselves? Ho hum!
