doing this and still a stall :-(, now 5 weeks same weight and i have past my date for being on cruise :cry:. would this be normal? i know other diets ie weighwatchers weight loss can stallMSA
Back to basics ... roast a chicken, roast some beef, boil eggs. Cut tolerateds, eat your oat bran, drink water.
