Ooh I'm having a good day so far iv actually found enough umph to clean the lounge iv hoovered and put away toys I just gotta dust but for me it's hard to get off the chair until gone lunch most days. Im not sure If any of you know i have fibromyalgia or what it is but trust me, I have not felt this well in weeks. I know it's just day 3 and ill probably be laid up for 5 days just after cleaning the downstairs but I will be chuffed with myself for it

Yes I'm thinking that's helped me (100% rda) but its only really been one day as i didnt eat on wednesday i was so ill. so maybe it's just that sluggish bloated carby feeling had gone? Xx
I'm just drinking / struggling to drink a vanilla coffee :/

Just sat down I'm hurting pretty bad now and only managed washing, lounge and half the kitchen in all this time today I attempted to drink a vanilla with coffee shake but after half of it I had to pour it away and I'm drinking a 600ml tumbler of cooled boiled water instead. Not sure what's wrong with me ... Because I had only 1 shake and was throwing up on day 1 could I be into ketosis already after just 2.5 days? I'm just not hungry at all and I'm really cold. I also have a heavy head like there's very low air pressure? Not sure if that makes sense. Anyway a bit of curious George on tv should make me want to go and finish the kitchen pretty soon xx

Iv just has a glass of zero and a slim and save choc praline bar. pretty yum I think xx
Cooking the boys and hubby wedges mini kievs and peas not that exciting so I'm a happy muff xx
Might pop to asda for some more diet cola or just go to bed early. It's all rock and roll ;-)

Today iv managed half a vanilla made hot with coffee and a choc praline s&s bar but I'm stuffed how the doodah am I meant to do 3 packs a day without this struggle? I do know I have to have all of them bla bla but my gosh I don't feel hungry in the slightest it's a very nice feeling
