I will try to do ws for a week or so then steer as clear as possible from carbs for a couple of weeks after exante but I am scared I'll just think 'yeh I'm at goal I can have pizza' ... huff! Self control is the key and I ain't got none of that stuff yet!
Why are you still talking about being on TFR next year babe? Surely you can be at goal by new year even with the wedding etc? What's your goal? I can't see it on my phone xx
