Muffy's battle with her self! 16 weeks 100% ....

700ml peppermint and nettle tea
700ml dr pepper zero
700ml warm water

I deffo find drinking easier in cool weather! I hate cold drinks. Even my dr pepper is left out of the fridge. I can drink cooled boiled water all day long :) no wonder I done better from jan-june than iv done since. Hoping it gets better now that it's nearly autumn :)

Paid for an hour on the sun bed :) had 6mins and I'll be back for another 6 on Friday. Bring on the tan :) now off to morrisons but I'm starving :( morrisons is major hard when I'm hungry xx

Thats my weakness to so 2 dy i had a shake b4 i went & did any shopping!

No I bought a jar of pickled eggs and ate 2 of them on the way home. It was almost pizza, pasta salad and wine so not too bad :) xx
 
Lost count of fluids today but I know it's lots! Just having my coffee/vanilla shake. Got a jug blender in morrisons for a fiver instead of 15 today in the clearance :) also got a deep fat fryer for 7.50 (Russell hobbs 29.99) and an electric tin opener for 2.50 instead of 10 so I'm a happy bargain hunting muffy :)

Didn't like any of the boots that came today. :(

Early night again tonight. I'll be back to check on you all before I go to sleep xxx

Still laying here awake :( been 2 and a half hours now. My belly is gurgling and fizzing. Really want a biggest loser breakfast bar. Did someone mention they're on clearance offer in tesco? wonder if mum will drive over there tomorrow? I have some left but would like to get more while they're cheap!
Mmmm... could eat one now ;) but I won't

700ml dr p zero
1litre asda diet blue charge cranberry (red bull - prob why I'm still awake!)
1 litre mint and nettle tea
2litre water
800ml peppermint tea
