Been another good day again :D Have done loads of exercise and stayed within my syns hehe
Today was as followed

Breakfast - Porridge (HEXA & B) with 1tsp chocolate spread (1.5 syn)

Dinner - Beef Salad with mustard (2 syns) & salad cream (5 syns)

Tea - Sweet & Sour chicken with SW chips and stir fry veg (3 syns)

Total syns 11.5 :D
 
Week 5 :D Day 2 Extra Easy

Didnt mention it yesterday but was naughty and had a can of carlsberg last night :eek: Meaning yesterday I actually had 20 syns - oops :(

However whats done is done so here I am today and I can say Ive been 100% hehe.

Breakfast - Porridge (HEXA & B) with chocolate spread (1.5 syns)

Dinner - Pork. Mashed Potatoes. Roast Parsnips (free using frylight). Roast Potatoes (free using frylight). Sweetcorn. Leeks. Peas. Carrots. 1 yorkshire pudding (2.5 syns). 200ml gravy (3 syns)

Tea - Pork leftover from dinner. Ham. Lettuce. Cherry Tomatoes. Beetroot. Cucumber. 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)

Exercise - 30mins Cardio Box

Total syns - 8
(may increase to 10 if I have a orange chocolate options :D)
 
Week 5 :D Day 3 Extra Easy - felt a bit ill today through no fault of my own :(

Think I had too much sun today as around teatime I started feeling sick & dizzy. Probably didn't help I missed dinner so only had 2 meals today (tut tut).
On a brighter note Ive done a little exercise - only walking to shops & housework lol. Plus had a glass of wine & still kept within my syns hehe.
Today looked like this

Breakfast - 2 slices of toast (HEXB) with 2 tsps of chocolate spread (3 syns)

Missed Dinner unless you call a banana lunch :(

Tea - Homemade chinese with oriental veg & SW chips (3 syns)

Drinks - Tea
1 250ml glass of wine (8.5 syns)

Total syns - 14.5 syns :)

Yesterdays Food diary Week 5 Day 4 Extra Easy

Went to National Railway Museum at York yesterday and we all loved it especially kids :D
Tried to stay on plan but the healthier options were really expensive so just had a hot dog instead :( Think from now on Im gonna make a packed lunch up when we go out lol.
Yesterdays food diary looked like this

Breakfast - Porridge (HEXA & B) with 1tsp of chocolate spread (1.5 syns) & strawberries.

Dinner - Cumberland Hot dog (13.5 syns)

Tea - Chicken Salad with 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)

Exercise - walked round museum for about 3 hours :D

Total syns - 16 (maybe a few more has had tomato ketchup on my hot dog)
 
Ah we are all allowed a treat every now and then, good for you keeping to just that and not going overboard.

It was nice I must say hehe. Not used all my syns today so polished off my last bit of red wine which measured out at 100ml so guessing thats around the 3.5 syn mark :rolleyes:

Had a good day today - eaten healthily and got plenty of exercise in hehe :)

Dinner - Banana and half a tub of onken fat free Vanilla yoghurt

Tea - 1 Sausage (5.5 syns), 3 rashers of bacon (fat removed), 1 Hash Brown (2 syns), 2 fried eggs, tomatoes, baked beans, fried mushrooms.

Drinks - sugar free appleade
Tea
100ml red wine (3.5 syns)

Exercise - 1.5 hours walking
30 mins cardio box


Total syns - 12.5 syns :D
 
28th August - Week 6 Day 1 Extra Easy :D

Felt like I've been depriving myself not coming on here for last 4 days lol. I have good reason though has I've been scouring Ebay for a new phone & finally I have got 1 only I can't pay for it till tomorrow lol.
Anyway back to why I'm here - to do my food diary :D
Yesterday was a good day & I even resisted beer and a takeaway :D
Yesterdays food diary looked like this -

Breakfast -Porridge (HEXA & B) with 1tsp chocolate spread (1.5 syns)

Dinner - 2 Pork Chops (fat removed), Mashed Potatoes (milk from HEXA), 2 corn corbettes (thinks that how you spell them lol), sweetcorn, peas, carrots, 1 yorkshire pudding (2.5 syns), 150ml gravy (2.5 syns)

Tea - 3 rashers of bacon (fat removed) & 3 egg omelette + 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)

Drinks - Black coffee, Tea & a outrageous orange option sachet (2 syns)

Total syns - 9.5 syns :D
 
2lb loss & an inch off my hips :D

End of week 6 and I'm pleasently surprised with weigh in this morning hehe :D Been busy most of week so not had chance to really get on here which sounds daft but when I come on here daily I seem to stay on track better :)
Had a few mishaps like having a takeaway Thursday and a few too many drinks earlier in week but despite that I've lost 2lbs and lost an inch off my hips hehe :D

End of week 7 Thank god and fresh start to week 8

What a week :( Had busy days when I ain't had time to cook or just been too lazy to bother plus argued with OH which made me comfort eat. All excuses but just felt really weak emotionally and physically this week :(
So no surprise that when I weighed myself this morning I have gained 3.5lbs :mad::mad: So annoyed with myself but I'm determined to lose the gain plus more if I can :)
Also going to start coming on here every night again as it seems to keep me on track.
Anyway I'm off now till tonight when I write my food diary hehe :(

After a total crap week last week and gaining 3.5lbs I'm determined to stay 100% all this week and hopefully lose the weight I gained if not a little more :D
Have been a good girl today and been 100% Yay!!!

Dinner - Ham & mushroom omelette with 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)

Diet dandelion & burdock
Sugarfree Appleade
Lots of cup of teas (milk from HEXA)

Snacks
Fat free yoghurt


Total syns - 8.5

Need to start exercising again at some point this week but we'll see lol
