I was on a damage limitation exercise to stop binge eating (and have been doing well where that's concerned, I thought) but then had two lunches out two days' running and didn't make good food choices at either stupidly.
Now with holiday from tomorrow night, no time to compensate, so I'll just have to dust myself off end September and heave up into the saddle again. Ketosis is easier for me - no temptations - no extras - no nutttting! Real life? That might have to wait a bit longer!!
