mushy pea curry

I have had the mushy pea curry (tinned tomatoes not beans) for dinner the past 2 nights. Have to say it sounded awful and the colour after blending looked a little odd but decided to give it a go anyway... Yesterday I warmed it in a pan and thought it was OK but nowt special HOWEVER I put other half in fridge and today baked it on top of some chicken in the oven and OMG! It was sooo much nicer today! think I'm going to make sauce day before in future (if possible)
