sorry ive not been about Andi .. bit of a weird few days really hubs went to hosp on monday with bloody poisoning .. and i had a job interview yesterday so have missed breakfasts and lunches and have ended up snacking quite a bit ...

Love your picture! JUDD is the Johnston Up day Down day diet. There is a very quiet forum on here, there are just 3 of us doing it. The plan is eating normally one day (up day) and then 500-700 cals the next day (down day). I tried it before but I couldnt do the dd and gave up. This time the dd's are ok (so far), im better prepared and im eating filling meals instead of stupid snacks. arty0051:
The thing I cant stand about diets is counting cals, it makes me obsess so this way I can be normal most of the week, its like a part-time diet.
Returning to a neglected diary .. ive also been neglecting myself regained some weight how much i dont know (to scared) .. will look in the morning and restart my stats ..
Im off on holiday in may and really need to get my head to follow this plan! i dont want to be miserable and uncomfy on holiday, Ive even had thoughts of pills or just shakes again but dont want to go down that road if i can help it !
Welcome back I have a trip to Spain in June so I would love to lose some serious poundage before then! Im on and off plan again- i need to focus and get back to it! I have 2lbs on, have you braved the scales yet?
