My 10 Week TS Bali Bikini Diet

I like the idea of that. Ok, so sometime, text me when you're free to chat and I'll call you and use you as my IT geek!

Ok, no hurry on my part. Am generally free evenings and weekends. Ooh, my new super duper frying pan and coffee grinder have arrived. Will give the coffee a go after work.

Ha! Still sounds a lovely dress. Where did you bulk order coconut oil from? Was only thinking about that last night.

Thanks for that, I will def order the coconut oil as can see we'll be going through that quite quickly. Still undecided on bcaa.
Have done more research on evernote and can see I haven't set it up proper ly. I need to get it all installed in the laptop when I'm home, then go through the getting started guide.
The café at work is cooking bacon and it smells GREAT! I'll settle for my bar...

On Saturday we're off to our local farm where, once a month, they let the public in to purchase their meat products. It is all grass fed and kindly produced ( whatever that is!). We're going to price up some Dexter beef joints, steaks, pork joints, bacon, sausages and lamb shanks. It may be right out of our price range, but I'm prepared to pay a little more for quality. Quite excited actually!

I achieved a goal today - when I first started out this Exante trip, I couldn't wait to lose enough weight that people outside of my nearest and dearest would start to notice. Today 3 people separately commented on how much weight I've lost!!
I can't wait now to be in a 12 proper. Some things in a 12 fit, but realistically I'm a 13 which is frustrating. Roll on next week, maybe it'll be then...

It had really surprised me too. I've gone from a small 18 to a size 13 in a couple of months and it took til now to notice!
Thanks for your kind words, it hasn't exactly been hard work but it has taken dedication and will power and sheer determination. We've both done so well.

Having bigged myself up, I must now report that just now I ate a packet of ham! I was ravenous, and it's yet another thing that I'm going to blame on flo ( or rather elusive flo!).

Have just ground some coffee beans, they smelled gorgeous. Ooh, it does taste very, very nice. The flavour is very different, it's of sufficient strength, but softer and really easy to drink. Yum.

So here they are par excellence!
The recipe certainly didn't make 32. Just waiting for them to cool off before getting the verdict from the man himself.
The house smells lovely, like a sauna, all woody, spicy and warm. Just right for such an awfully damp evening.

The husband thinks he's Paul Hollywood! Here is the verdict on the ginger cookies:
Good bake, crisp yet chewy, with a nice warm after taste of ginger.

Bonjour madam, we're all systems go on mfp.

Have spent a very crampy morning reflecting on how much I've achieved since starting my Exante journey. As I am nearing the end, I am feeling smug and happy that I'm just about the size I want to be for my holiday. I know I've got work to do when I get back, in order to get down to my goal weight, and even more to maintain it. I am super excited about it all, and am so pleased to have written it all down here every day.
More reading and research to be done today, so will post any thing of interest I find.

Have a good day!

Exactly what I've been thinking. There will be alot of swimming and cycling going on whilst away, plus I won't be over eating and will be very mindful of carbs. So this means I'm fairly sure I won't put much weight on whilst away.
The food logged on mfp is actually some of the stuff for our low carb meal plans of the future. However, I have now realised I'll need to lower the carb intake for myself.

I am RAVENOUS today!!

I have found simple recipes for making almond milk, this will make it much cheaper. I will be using it for breakfast shakes.

Got home just now, still very hungry so have decided to refeed as from today. Have had some peanut butter and celery, have made chilli for tomorrow to have with cauli rice, there are drumsticks in the oven and tea will be ham and cheese omlette. There I've said it, I feel better.

Good afternoon Ladies, hope you're both well xx

I do feel relieved, you're right. Funnily enough I am so stuffed after my celery and pbo, that I can't manage another thing! That's a sure sign that my body was craving fat and is now sated. I feel quite clever!

Husband fed, dog walked, I'm stuffed full still.
6.20pm and I'm in my PJ's - that's my kind of rock n roll lifestyle!

Hi Giggle, yes I think we're both doing well thanks. As we are twins, I feel confident replying on behalf of us both!
I've starting refeeding today, although I only managed some celery with peanut butter, and a chicken drumstick! I'm feeling good though, and in control of the food thing which feels excellent. Are you ok? x

Bbbbbrrrrrrr! Ooh, it's so cold this morning, bring on Bali!!
I feel like I'm properly on step 2 of my plan now, it's sunk into my little brain. It's a little scary, but so far I haven't wanted too much in terms of food. This morning I had a strawberry shake with 7g of coconut oil.
Off for a nice warm shower now.
