My 10 Week TS Bali Bikini Diet

This last week is going to go very quickly. It's already nearly 'hump' day, middle of the week. I need to get the spare room cleared of our cases and things we've hooked out for packing, the bed cleared and made and the room spring cleaned ready for mums arrival Thursday evening. Working tomorrow and thurs, then hair cut and colour thurs afternoon, collect mum from her trip here at 7 pm. Fri take mum food shopping and run her through the dogs routine and general running of the house. Saturday we'll need to do our packing and last minute bits before heading to the premier inn at heathrow on Sunday.

Spoke to someone at work who has stayed at the hotel we're staying at and thoroughly recommends it, so that was reassuring.
My friend Russell is bringing in his tiny cocker spaniel puppy to work tomorrow. I can't wait for a cuddle!

Of course you will. I have to say that having these couple of Weeks low carbing, but not monitoring my weight had been excellent mentally. I haven't been so hung up on it, and yet my clothes are slightly looser if anything.

Is it something that you could do, to just weigh weekly, eat as you know best on low carb and see what happened in a week, or do you need more control?

Yes, I understand and think I'll be the same when I return.
Today I've had a much lower carb breakfast shake using my new protein powder, coconut milk and ice. I deliberately avoided linseeds to save carbs. It has held me beautifully so I'm pleased to have gone from 21g carbs to 7g.

Just had a very lovely tea of stir fried green veg, cauli rice, and salmon, stir fried after marinating in ginger, spring onions, soy sauce and then cooking the marinade down with coconut milk.

I really should not subscribe to this thread while on TFR! *drool*

Spare room clean and bed made, toe nails painted, hair washed prior to hairdressers tomorrow. It's all coming together I tell thee.

Good morning super Thursday! Off to work this morning, then to have my hair cut and coloured. I can't wait for that because it is in desperate need of being done!
Then home for some last minute clearing up, put the low carb smoked shepherds pie in the oven. Then it will be time to pick mum up after her 8 hour journey to us. Exciting day!

Ok, I've finished work, had my hair done, tidied up the house and collected mum after her long journey. We ate a lovely meal of shepherds pie with smoked cheese and bacon from the low carb gourmet book. Soon bedtime and I'm really ready for sleep tonight. Zzzzz

Had a headache all night and it's just gone now, so I expect it might be an early night. Today I've taken mum food shopping, and shown her the dogs walk routine. I have just made some of moonlights iamnotti biscuits, very nice with a coffee.
Tonight we're having pizza quiche with salad. I really enjoyed that last time.
I've done nothing towards the holiday today, have decided it's all last minute now.

Yummy pizza quiche! I'm nearly 100 cals over my 1200 limit today, and up to 40g carb. I had two bits of pizza quiche, so that made for a fair few calories. I feel ok about that because I can make up for it tomorrow.

Morning, penultimate day before holiday! Today I have officially reached where I wanted to be for holiday. I am wearing a pair of size 12 trousers which were way too small when I bought them a couple of Weeks ago!
Today we're all going for a lovely walk along the cliffs, then a coffee at the cream tea shop. Then home to walk the dog as it's not safe to let her run free on the cliffs.
I am getting excited now, can't wait for tomorrow, to be packed and ready and off for an overnight stay at heathrow. I will write more from the laptop about my journey to this point in time later

Getting into those trousers must be a wonderful feeling! I hope it's a beautiful holiday for you xx
