Absolutely true slimgorgeousme! The important thing about quick and continual losses, are to STAY in ketosis. That means NO Carbs, NO sugar...... boiled egg, chicken breast or tinned tuna (in water) were recomended by my CDC if you simply HAVE to eat something (and celery) - however, she told me NOT to do this too often.
Once you're over the first 10 days (for me it was day 5-9 that were the worst) you are basically "in the zone" and you should not feel hungry. The trick is to try stay away from other people eating food as temptation is just too great (again, my opinion)
Ketosis is not great either... stinky breathe and I even have a "furry" tongue!!!

I know my stomach has strunk too which should be good for when I do eventually start eating meals again.
Funny, I've tried all sorted of diets - and have now become afraid of eating carbs. I did the Zoe Harcomb diet (no carbs) about a year ago and lost some weight, but once you start eating carbs again, the weight finds you. I still have the 'no carb' mindset and am not drawn to eating carbs - the things I want to eat right now are fruit, chicken, wine...LOL... I dont crave the carbs, but do crave a lovely rump steak! hahaha
Socialising is hard - so I've just declined.
My family know I'm on a diet, but dont know WHAT diet as I know they will be critical of the 'no food' part.... was invited to my dad to night for a healthy dinner which I lied and said I was already going out, coz didnt know how to tell him I cant eat ANYTHING!
What do you do for the lack of bowel movements? I'm drinking green tea which is disgusting!
