My 12 Week Challenge starting today - Anyone care to join? - LETS DO IT!!

Hiya, No didnt go to Doc but am monitoring how I'm feeling..... woke up feeling really awful and wondered what a heart attack felt like!

I drank all my water, but I had the dredding family lunch - and I ate. Quiche and salad. (It was devine but now wish I didnt eat the pasty on the outside of the quiche!)

Back to work tomorrow, so I'll be 100% the rest of the week.

My scale sprung to life and battery is now working.....
 
Ladies soo sorry i have been away for the last 3 days for my boyfriends 30th I did eat food :( in scared about Tuesday but he's only going to be 30 once and we had been planning the trip for so long. I have been sensible in what I ate so just hoping that will save me. It's probably best I'm out of the challenge for now but I am cheering you on from the sidelines lady's x x ill be back on it myself now 100% ss xxxx
 
Well a other good day of 100% ss and 2.5lotres offerer plus tea. It was wi for me this morning and I'm so chuffed which has motivated me even more to keep going. Just having my last shake then off to be as I have a busy day tomro x

Oh of course I lost 6 3/4 lbs and 5 3/4 inches :) I'm so chuffed. That's a total of 19.5lbs and 16 inches in 5 weeks :) I have organised a big charity event which is in 5 weeks and would like to lose another stone by then which I will I'm staying confident :)

How's everyone's day/ weekend been?

well done lauren thats a fab result!You have every right to be chuffed.well deserved.you will have that stone and then some, with that determination! my wi is in the morn.excited already.its a great feeling isnt it!lets hope i get as good as a result as u!

I have been 100% today, but it's been hard. Struggling to believe I am losing visible weight as my photos over the three weeks is barely anything! Might have to ask to be measured again at my WI this week.

Also have drunk my water.

defo get measured.just as important.my body is completely changing shape so i finally have hip bones!lol
 
Well done everyone!! 100% for both accounts for me today. Almost had a few sprouts earlier but this chart persuaded me not too! x
 
Hi girls.

I have made a summarized table of the 13 day mini challenge for us to view our progress at a quick glance. It is pretty simple to understand. The green smiley:D means that we have followed the SS 100% and the yellow smiley :) means that we have followed the water intake 100%. If any smiley is missing it means we have not followed that part of the challenge 100%. Hope this table is simple and clear to everyone! I will also be updating this table at the end of each day. :)

Tuckinurbelly, the minichallenge ends on Sunday 31st March (Easter Day).

Sweetaddict, please update us with your progress?? You have not updated for the last 2 days. No worries even if you were not 100%. just get back on track from today onwards....but please do give us the regular update....accountability is a big step forward in making wonderful progress....:)

Sunflower....just hang on babe! You are making very good progress. Can I give you one more piece of advice? Hide the scales....and check your weight only at the end of the mini challenge...That is what I have done....It's lovely to see a good loss on Sunday! :) Also try to stop focusing too much on losing weight and try to engage in some other activities...I for one am going to begin walking today. A walk on the beach really sounds refreshing to me right now. I plan to devote about 45 minutes to walking on the beach everyday starting from today...It takes my mind off the weight loss completely and helps me get some good fresh air! How about you?:)

sunflower... I only REALLY noticed a change in my body at 6 weeks.... but its good to take weekly photo's... even take them in the same clothes so you can grab the bits of lose clothing by 6 weeks and show us!

Well back on track again - yesterday I had to eat at my dads birthday - and I didnt have the decadent chocolate cake or the ice cream - and said no to wine.... but did have quiche which has carbs (pastry) so guess I'm out of ketosis now - again. But I'm back to being 100% this week!

Back at work today which helps keep my mind off food - and taking my kids into work so that should keep me busy!!

Well done to all the 100%'s..... its great and I'd like to see all our compounded weight loss at the end of day 13.

I already walk a circuit of the work site each day which is 1km. Building up to going round twice to make it more beneficial :) sadly no beach near here to walk on :-(

And thanks jillybeans, will have to wait three more weeks to see differences in the body.
