My 128 lb Drop Diary [WEEK 67]

Quick general update:

About to exercise in a minute, I may even be able to do it every day this week.

I use Mfp from day to day now, it does help keep track. I am not using it everyday because my routine and food is pretty much the same each day. But when I change things around, I use it. It is a great tool.
 
Bah was extremely annoyed yesterday, and silly accident occured. Long story short, my TV screen was cracked and now I have to fork out for a new one. I really wanted to start saving money this month but I guess that's gone to pot. I feel okay now though.

To the weight loss, I am definitely drinking a good amount of water, without even thinking about it.

I hate being dehydrated, so I am constantly making sure I have enough fluids in me. I am still drinking non-water liquids though, like juice and the odd coke. But I am drinking at least 2litres a day, every day.
 
Oh no! At least if you have saved you can get a new one. And as for fluids, I hate being dehydrated too, however I used to hate water but now I cant get enough of it when I exercise. Keep up the good work lol :)

Yeh I'm glad I can get it sorted, just frustrating that the accident that caused it was so stupid haha

Drinking water has become part of my life now, I always have bottles nearly me. And yeh before and after exercising I drink a ton too :p

I was in a rush to find something, and I threw a remote on the floor. It bounced off the floor and hit the TV -_- I don't even know how it managed to bounce so high.

These things happen though I guess, just got to accept it lol
 
Its because your doing so much exercise that you cant realize how strong you are now haha. Even though it broke your TV! :eek:

Well done on the water! I'm finding it hard drinking cold water in this snowy weather. Been having spicy meals so it makes me neeeeeed loadsa cold water!

I've always been a cold drink fan whatever the weather, I rarely drink hot drinks. Weird when the rest of my family are addicted to tea :p

Your hairs longer it suits you more. I'd prefer water now over a brew lol, hows your day going?

Diet-wise I'm all good, didn't exercise today but I will for Fri and Saturday. So would be 5 days this week.

Life wise, okay. Almost had a car crash today which kinda left me shocked throughout and I am still thinking about it. But other than that I am feeling great! :D

So today was a bit of failure. I ate around 2850 calories without even realizing it at all. When I realized how much I had eaten, I was pretty angry with myself.

I realized this failure at 10 PM. I got up off my backside, and did the toughest rowing workout I have done since I started. 30 minutes of rowing, but 7 minutes of it was pure sprinting. I burnt 550 calories at, yes, 10 PM. It was crazy, but I am proud of myself. I am still over my limit by 300 but I made up for over 70% of my excess calories.

Weigh-in tomorrow, I do not know what to expect. It would be amazing if I hit under 300lbs tomorrow, it would be so amazing. However, I have a feeling I may gain. Wish me luck, will post results asap.
 
If you've been as good as you have been over-all, remember about 7-10 lbs (depending on size etc) is just water. So any gains will be JUST that, not actual fat! :) Slip ups happen, and you've done very, VERY well catching it! xx

I already had a month of no losses and gaining, I started losing again last week and I hope it continues. :D
 
Lol, well it's that time of year, December can be evil. ;)

We're all back on the wagon, the main thing is take it one day at a time and focus! :D We'll get there in the end, eh. :)
