He will have a great weekend lol

No idea what to expect for the weigh-in tomorrow.

I'm pretty certain it will be a gain, which is fine. I had a lot of fun this week just sitting down and relaxing. I've had a lot of fast food too - but I still fit it all into my calories. Even then, no exercise this week will probably cause a gain. And I drank no water this week until today, so excess water weight is probable.

I'm totally prepared for a gain, so the weigh-in results doesn't matter. It won't bother me at all, I planned to be lazy this week so I am ready for the consequences!

Gained 0.6lb, which aint bad! I was expecting worse. I probably lost fat this week. The gain is probably water weight considering I drank no water until Saturday.

I'm going to weigh-in a day early, tomorrow. It's my Mum's birthday tomorrow and I'm going out for an Indian. The result on Sunday would be effected by it quite a lot, so much salt in Indians... so yeh.

This week has been okay I guess. I only exercised once when I went out to play football, other than that I have been sitting down and gaming all week (as planned). I've monitored my calories though. Right now I know all the calories in the food I eat, so I count it in my head rather than using MyFitnessPal. It's quite good to be able to do that!

Right now I'm having a bit of downtime, just relaxing. My eye isn't off the goal AT ALL, but I feel like I need to chill out for a few weeks. I feel tired from months of hard work, feels like forever since I just... sat down and took a deep breath. I'll get back to hard work soon!

Hoping for a loss tomorrow, I think I've warranted one. Will post result sometime in the afternoon!

I lost a pound, I'm happy with that :)

Had two cheat days this weekend. Saturday was an Indian for my Mum's birthday. A big one.

Today I had two sausage rolls and a KFC. A big one haha

BUUUUUT... I did a lot of exercise today. Played football at the park for a couple of hours, ran a lot. Then played another hour but in goal for my 6-a-side football team. Playing in goal isn't vigorous exercise but still, an hour of standing, walking and diving counts for a decent burn.

I'm in the mood to work a little harder this week, I'm 0.4lb off my year goal of 238lbs, so that must be achieved. I would like to lose a couple of pounds, would be great to get well into the 16 stone zone, and be in the 15's by Xmas maybe.

Think I will be turning the heat up high VERY soon. Would love to lose 20lbs by Xmas. To hit the Century loss before 2014 would be so good. Need to lose 1.5lb a week to achieve that. Very doable!

Being in the 15 stones would feel so surreal. I can't imagine how great it would feel.

I feel so much better these days. I can run so much more now. I play football with my friends quite often at the park, and I remember when I started doing it four months ago I couldn't do much at all. Now, if I really try, I can a hell of a lot more.

Makes me wonder how fit I'd be if I didn't smoke... I know how bad smoking is but I just can't imagine life without fags right now. The first cigarette in the morning with a coffee makes me so happy.

I enjoy smoking so much, I wish it wasn't so bad :( I will give up one day I am certain. If I can lose this much weight, I can do anything, that's what I've learnt.

That's all really, thought I'd share my aspirations and thoughts. Played football earlier, hopefully be able to play a couple more times this week. If not, I'll have to hit the rowing machine.

Wow, thanks a lot for reading it all through! Not sure I could even do that, a lot of posts in here haha

16lbs is a great start well done. Good luck with your weight loss!

If I put the effort in it will be easy! Depends how long I drag this rest for.

It's interesting you sat it will be easy if you put the effort in. I've done exactly that for 5 days and you are right it kind of makes it easy .another way of looking at it is being committed to wanting to stick to plan or losing weight. It's certainly helped me get on track and in control.

heres to good weigh tomorrow for you. I'm looking for to mine on Monday and hoping I'll find tomorrow as easy as today.

I'm sure something went wrong with the weigh-in today, something must have effected my scales or something.

I lost 3.2lbs. But I only exercised on Monday (and Sunday but that doesn't count because it was cheat day). Rest of the week I was being lazy. I kept my diet in under 1800 calories apart from two days were I was 2000 calories.

I only drank water on Saturday. So I don't know what to think of this.

Maybe a glitch with my scales or I just got very lucky? Hmmm, very odd! But I'm happy anyway haha

And seeing myself in the 16 stones is incredible. Haven't been this weight since school 4 years ago, and even then I was much smaller than I am now.

Woohoo, well done Alex! I'm sure the scales are right. In my experience you can get really good losses with no exercise, lol. And drinking lots to get good losses is just one of those weight loss myths - my weight's always lower if I don't drink as much. So don't make up reasons why it must be wrong, you've done brilliantly!! :D xx

Alex there is nothing wrong with your scales I'm sure! Don't doubt yourself! You've done brilliantly! Remember you had a pound loss last week though you may have exercised more etc. calorie wise you must have had deficit I some form even if you are more active generally!

Well done!
