Do you set your calorie intake as your TDEE? Ie to have the calorie deficit that MFP gives you? Whilst I feel positive and committed about losing this last 14lbs I've struggled with (but maintained weight more or less over past 6 months) I'm still nervous about what calorie counting method to use 5:2 diet using vlcd products for some meals to help with counting etc or you and Tracy's way which certainly working!
Btw I am still envious how,you make weightloss seem so effortless!
