L: SS soup & Jelly
T: Spag Bol I am thinking (4 syns) with a salad ooo and maybe a sneaky 2 slices of Garlic bread. So worth 6 syns.

Thankyou I do exercise yes I swim weekly if I can and when the weather permits I get chance go for gentle bike rides I started a local back to netball group which is weekly and I like going for walks and using the wii fit etc I don't do all this all the time though but try and do 2-3 a week which sometimes happens and sometimes doesn't and I've just tried to build it up as I've gone a long and as I've felt comfortable and ready for it I think it does help with the weight loss though as just by being lighter than I was I burn up less calories in my average day so I try and give it a boost.
yep, extra easy, I stuff my face with fruit & veg throughout the day, and in the shepards pie there will be broccoli, cauli & carrots with a swede & pot top
