Brief introduction to myself, I'm Louise I'm 21, a proud mummy to my princess Lillie-grace, I need the motivation not to eat rubbish, I'm doing slimming world diet and lost 4lb last week, tomorrow is the weigh in and I have done rubbish this week
but I'm back on track today, I really just want to loose the weight and feel better in myself. Definitely going to do a planned diary of everything I'm going to eat in the week.
