this entering diary following day is becoming a habit ! will make more effort to do it the same now from now on !
Red day
B: apple bananna orange , muller light
L: ham salad muller light 2 laughing cow cheese triangles (HEX A ) coffee with milk (HEX A )
D: two pieces cod, mash (HEX B ) carrotts
was abit naughty today had 3 toffees ( 6 syns )
and some cadbury caramel ( 10 syns )
harbio x 4 ( 2syns)
total syns 18
