I've done nothing but eat this week. Nothing too bad, but certainly not sticking to my points. Over eaten this week by about 20 points. But I've certainly changed the way I think about stuff, I can have treats, and still not be fat. Had an Indian meal today, but had tandoori chicken rather than a korma which I'd usually have; and thought it was DELICIOUS!
