Day 11, Im not doing too bad today, shakes shakes shakes, and chicken n prawns n green stuff for dinner! Have a hungry feeling today for some reason, so the waters gone down pretty easy. I had a senokot which thank god, worked
So Im a little happier about my weigh in on monday.
Still haven't told half my family Im doing this diet, I don't really feel like I want to either, they often point out to me I'm fat, so I wanna keep what Im doing to myself (if that makes any sense). My dad doesn't normally see these diets as any good (waste of money), BUT for once he is really encouraging me
It's quite nice
I feel better already, apart from that Im not sure if Ive noticed any other differences yet, my trousers felt a bit loose, but Im sure its all in my head at this stage.
