Good week Cas just a wee blip at the weekend. I'll iron that out before Thursday hopefully! Im not a big drinker and now I know why. Hangovers ? Eurgh! =((
If im bad at the wkend I usually get any weight gained off by friday (wi day), so as long as ur good im sure ur still have a loss not had a hang over in such along time I try to avoid drinking when im dieting just cos I can never stop at one and i'll over eat the next day x
Feeling better today but still have slight cravings which Im blaming on my hangover from yesterday. Hoping I'll be back to normal tomorrow. Found it very hard to go round tesco past all the greasy bad food and stick to the healthy choices when I could have murdered a big mac! =P
