My Diary - 5st to lose!!

Started on the Monday 9th April at 19stone at a height of 6ft 1"

My end goal is around 14st, but im a pretty big guy so might not even get down there?

Week 1 - 8lb
Week 2 - 2lb
Week 3 - 5lb
Week 4 - 2lb
Week 5 - 5lb

Think there a trend appearing here? so that must mean a 2lb loss this week? :(

I have been cycling to work and home most weeks but seems when i do it all week i have not been losing so much weight!! its a bit annoying but i know i am probably building up quite a bit of lean muscle in my legs!!

so i was correct!! a 2lb loss last week!! hopefully that now means i will lose 4-5lbs this week? or will i start to slow down now?
