Food was spot on yesterday, came in at 10.5 syns on EE so felt stuffed. Then had wine after my dinner. I'm calling it a NSV because I didn't eat any snacks with it - clutching at straws aren't I?!


Back on Red today. Breakfast was bacon, egg and an apple. Lunch is going to be left over pizza with a salad, and I've turkey marinating in the Fakeaway tikka sauce for tonight. I'll have more salad with it instead of rice, or I might do a small portion of SW chips and syn them.

Heading off to get my hair done now, it's shocking!
 
Last night we got asked to dinner unexpectedly with my family. So, ended up off plan again. And I've PMT... so I am just a big ball of bloat.

Oh yes, it was amazing. And I ate a lot less than I would have pre SW, but added to the beers I had, I just feel BLEUGH.

Got in a teeeny bit of body magic walking on beach for about 15 mins... but doesn't really count. Was lovely though!

Just checking in I ended up going out say night and took day of plan and then took day of yesterday too as had so much on this weekend. No excuse really I'm back on plan today but didnt even get a chance to look up my red days book so still on EE. Thinking of taking a holiday from weigh in on Wednesday but know I should go and face the music.!

hope you are enjoying the nice weather today I was out for a half hour walk earlier hope that helps. :)
 
New Me, did you enjoy it? I've had Saturday off too, and on Friday I had too much wine... had a great time though ;)

if I were you I'd definitely go on Wed. Even if you're up, you'll know why and you'll know what the damage is.
 
yeah I did enjoy it but had Chinese Saturday night before going out but it was very rushed because we were running late. I think I drank around 6/7 bottles of Heineken then when I came home I had toasted sambo only good thing about it was wholemeal bread then Sunday was a write off big cavery dinner out I had the works followed by cake! Doing great today so far weather is really helping me stay away from the fridge. :)
 
Sounds yum! I totally forgot I'd made 3 x digestive/dairy gold "sandwiches" when I got in on Sat night until I noticed the empty pack on Sunday. Darn beers I had... upsetting my memory ;)

I still reckon you should go, you went off plan but it's not the worst you could have been... and you'll have nights out again where you go off. So, I think it's best to acknowledge them as part of life, and move on. Any time I skip a week, I end up with more on.

minis is great for the kick up the bum when needed. I might even buy a 6 week countdown. I have communion in may so that will be my next day of.

digestive biscuits with butter are yum! I would have loved some curry cheese chips or something when I came home but toasted sambo was okay. If I stay the same I will be happy I suppose but of I hadn't of messed up so bad I could have been getting my 2.5 stone award.
 
Get loads of water into you the next few days, you might have a pleasant result! If you don't get your 2.5 this week, you'll have it next week.

My group's finishing this week :-( So gutted, it was really convenient to me, and a lovely group leader/bunch of members. I've rearranged my schedule for next few weeks to go one of the other nearby-ish groups instead. I want to do that til I get to 3 stone, then might go it alone for my last stone. I'll see how I get on commuting to another class!
 
aw no that's a shame about your group. Why is it finishing up? Will your weigh in still be on Wednesdays with the other group?
 
Not enough numbers, too many groups have opened in the other towns nearby, which have taken away from the member numbers at ours. I can go on a Tues or Thurs to two other towns, think I'll do a Tuesday mostly. I'll see how my schedule allows.
 
Yeah there is new groups opening the whole time. My local town doesn't have one so I go to the next town which is 20 minutes away so handy. There was talk of a group coming here but there is loads of people at my group from this town, don't know how consultant would feel about that her numbers would def go down I'd say but I think I would keep going to her because it suits me.

Not feeling it to be honest, went to bed last night and my stomach felt like a beach ball. Not as bloated today, but still feel bleugh. Going to have loads of water and mint tea I think.

Forgot to post up yesterday's food, which is more or less the same as Monday's! I'll get my notebook and update later
