My diary of my Slimming World way to a healthier lifesyle

Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
Weight at beginning 182lbs. I am working in lbs as I became so obsessed with st and lbs and then kilos. I know where I am started from and know where I am going. I am hoping the diary will help me on my journey to a healthier body and lifestyle.

Not a good start as I have had other people prepare my meals for me most of the last few days so it has been really difficult to stick to SW without seeming critical.

Today and tomorrow I am babysitting my baby granddaughter at her house so I have little choice of food to eat.
Today I have 25g ready brek made with water (HEB?)
Lunch was 2 slices of Gluten free bread with 40g cheddar cheese and tsp pickle
Dinner tonight is chicken breast and stir fried vegetables with rice.

I will make sure I have fruit and yoghurts with me tomorrow so I have something to eat/snack on.
 
Another SW day and hopefully a day nearer to my target weight. WI is tomorrow.
Today I had on EE
Breakfst: porridge, banana, tea HE A and B
Lunch:Lettuce and tuna and 1 slice GF bread (2 syns) 25g cheese (2syns)
Dinnner : stir fry vegetables with chicken breast and rice
snacks, mini fromage frais (2 syns), hot chocolate 8 syns, 1 pach mccoys ridge cut crisps :(
