Food diary for today:

Breakfast: ready brek 5pp
Lunch: egg on toast 8pp
Dinner: pasta bake 14pp
Snacks: milk 1pp
Ww crumble bar 2pp
Special k sweet chilli crisps 2pp

Dailies used: 32/32 weeklies used: 49/49

Hiya, sorry it took me ages to get home coz of snow, talk about dedication haha!!
3lb loss this week which in happy with considering my own scales hadn't moved!! :) x x

Yea I love snow but hate that we never seem to be prepared for it lol!!

It's nice when u get a good loss, gives u motivation, I'm just a little worried today I feel I'm losing motivation so any kick up the bum would be nice :) xox
 
Chick, i will give u an almighty kick up the bum, don't ruin what u have done so far, uve done amazing, heres a thought 4 u!! Summer is just around the corner think of all the beautiful dresses\playsuits ( inc that lipsy 1 u posted) you could b in them in a few short months!! Do something else to occupy your free time, only have time to eat what you've planned!! N make a habbit if u really want to eat something bad go and eat it infront of the mirror, (i bet u don't) use ur 49 as ur fat points eat what u want till there all gone then b good!! Its along road ahead but once we get there i promise ul never wanna go bk there!!!

Oh wow love love love that idea of eating crap in front of a mirror - it makes u so much more accountable!!!! And the thoughts of dresses and play suits this early has be determined to have a good day and rest of the week!

Word was that we were to have snow too but its pishing down the rain - I've me egg on and soup got for the day so must get some chicken breast peppers onions for my ww sauces to make up nice dinners later and for over the weekend! Yippee it's Friday!! Have a good one!! X

its a harsh but good idea coz when we eat something we know we shouldn't we feel so bad after, but if u have to watch yourself... Well there is no way i could do that!!
and i just cant wait to wear a dress in summer n not be the only 1 out of my gorgeous friends to have to wear tights n leggings :-(
not even to mention my hen night and wedding!! My skinny head is well n truly nailed on!! :-D xx
 
Thanks skinny to be for your words of wisdom, what a great idea lol! I am actually going to do that as I know I would feel like a complete slob stuffing my face in front of the mirror :).

How are we all getting on today then? I am not going to lie I did slip up a teeny weeny bit lastnight am just hoping it doesn't affect my weigh in on Monday, got all weekend to walk it off I suppose. :)

Ended up using the rest of my dailies on some Melba toast and some pate :).

How many daily Pts do u have jennjenn? And do u use ur weeklies in one sitting or do you spread them over d week - some people don't use them at all ..... I'm not sure I could manage that ....
 
Hiya hun I have 32 daily pp and I use all my weeklies in one splash as I like to have a little binge once a week! At least if I stick with the weeklies I can do this guilt free and still lose weight. How many dailies are u on? I always find its best to use the weeklies as my weight losses are actually better when I use them all :) xox

Snacks: milk 1pp
Quavers 3pp

Dailies used: 28/32 weeklies used: 49/49

Am sure I will use the last 4pp later xox

Ended up having some melba toast with low fat cheese spread for 4pp xox

I'm onto 26pp a day with the 49 weeklies
I normally feel motivated after being weighed
But my weekends often lack routine so I try to
Save most of my weeklies for then

I am intending to use the 20 I have left tomorrow
And thinking about fasting mon and tues to see how I go this week ... Monday I always a disaster o a day for me so I'm tryin to find what works for me at the min (even tho I know ww is designed for every day use but considerin I did lipotrum once I think I can manage a 2 day fast!)

Aww I know what u mean about the weekend's luckily this weekend I have been quite busy. But it's definitely normally my downfall :/.

It's completely up to u if u do the fasting, never tried it to be honest, don't think I could hack it. But as u have done lipotrim u could definitely do it. It might just give u that boost u need.

Hope u get your motivation and we are all always here if you are struggling xox
