Started this week off with a downer as only lost ONE POUNDS. However I'm not letting it get me down, onwards & downwards is what I say.. Sticking VERY strictly to my freefoods and rying to get through the week with ZERO syns, I have done it before so what's going to stop me doing it again? Was really chuffed this morning when I put on my new jeans that I bought 3 weeks ago to find they are falling off me and I'm going to have to belt up GREAT! even more of a motivation. What's more is that I have my fat me vs skinny me pictures up in my work. Here's hoping this week will be a good one ! & my gym sessions will pay off
