My diabetes is abso-blooming-lutely perfect. Great numbers all day long and using a lot less insulin. Brilliant! I'm eating this way for ever.

yes I've heard Atkins is good for diabetics love, good news then

Jim, it is excellent. I'm recommending Atkins woe to all my diabetic friends. My numbers have never lined up so beautifully before so I really don't mind if it takes a while to lose the weight. I am so much healthier.

Finally got the rain I've been praying for! Yayyyyyyyyy. I was going to have a barbecue today but I'll just move it indoors instead. I'm just happy that my garden is happy.

Going out after more elder flowers today. I should end up with about ten gallons of elderflower wine this year. The dogs love the nice long walk too so it benefits us all.

Got loads of elderflowers and went quite a long way along the canal path. The dogs had a great time. Now to start fermenting the flowers!

Yeah, I'm not quite sure where to post them. They aren't an Atkins recipe so I can't put them there. I guess I could just start a new thread?
