Hi all. We are just getting ready to go to the gym again. I'm sure I should be cursing it by now but I think I just get off on the endorphins.
Repairs on my friend's roof will be starting next week.

Hi all. I hope everyone is well and happy. I have had a bit of a high temperature today but I think I may still be ok for the gym tonight. I will give it a go and just come home if I feel unwell.
We were meant to be going out for a wobble on the dance floor tonight again but we will see how it goes. A n evening in being pampered wouldn't be a bad thing after all.

Good morning all.
Had a busy weekend and seem to have spent far too much money. Still, it was fun.
I am still loving the gym and try to go every day when I can.
Planting out winter veg today.
