I'm really not sure either Leanne if all you're having is what you're writing down it shouldn't be possible.
What do you drink? Any milk in tea? What sweetener? Any bars? What's in your salads? Are all your sausages low carb? Your food diaries are very basic / sparse - do you have any snacks or anything? How much chhese/cream?
Has it been a week since your last WI? What's the gain?
