You can do it, back to basics for a few days, sounds like we're a similar starting weight etc, I've got a bit of a diary going have a read and maybe we can check in on each other over next few weeks!

3 weeks before your holiday you could lose a decent amount before then and think how much better you will feel on holiday xx

Can you ask your Dr for an exercise referral? My GP referred me to a programme designed to kick start exercise. It's basically reduced rates gym for 12 weeks and you get support.
