Hey, having a 'fat' day today so thought i'd post my first pictures of my loss, still got 2 and a half stone to go but need to remind myself i'm doing good or i'm gonna give up

me at my heaviest at least 14 stone 7 but was more i stopped weighing myself cos i was getting heavier and heavier

me now at 11 stone 6 still a long way to go but getting there

Yeh me too thats why i decided to post these, i wanted to wait til i'd lost it all but had a bad weekend and need to get back on track! My goal weight is 9 stone

Aw thanks everybody!! I totally forgot i'd posted these and just seen them! So thought i'd add some update pics as ive lost 18lbs since these





weight now is 10 stone 2, feels good looking back at pictures and this thread
