My EE diary

Ugh had some of my bfs kebab when he gt in last night what a beast :( but only a few bits of chicken and a handful of chips but still why do i do it
today is the new day though lots of veggies and fruit
 
Saturday

B: 2 weetabix (heb) cherry muller light, then i went for an hour power walk :)
L: spicy mug shot, apple
S: boiled egg
ive had 4 cups of tea so far wih skimmed milk so i guess that my hea lol
still havent been shopping today but for dinner il prob have some salad and chicken or something

Went to my friends house resisted chocolate heroes (my fav) got home and my bf had brought me a large chicken kebab cause he thought i might like one lol, so ate the salad and chicken breast peices, with a pot of chilli sauce :( then had a quite a few mouthfulls of hes chicken shish too omg that was dripping with grease ew felt bit ill afterwards but couldnt resist
im gonna syn 25 for evreything as i didnt have no chips or pitta but had some greasy shish eugh :s

I suppose looking at it this way thats actually my 1st whole takeaway in over a month ( without the odd few bites of my bfs lol)
i just feel like ive ruined my hard work with one thing and it makes me feel like a beast
well i do blame my bf actually ha i dont bring crap home or buy crap when im out its actually only because he brought it home and who can resist stuff thats sitting right infront of us? I know i cant lol, so i blame him lol, its all my fault though i could easily of said no :(

D: had dinner at zizzis an italian, had a light seafood isoto which had salmon, king prawns and squid, had a side salad so filled up on that and didnt eat all of the rice
No idea how many syns, wasent a creamy or cheesy rissoto but probley had bit of oil and milk in there so gonna syn 10-15 for it,
also had half a horlicks light which is 3 syns i think

Last night was a bit naughty and at around half 11 ate an apple with 4 dairylea extra light triangles, 2 slices of ham with bit of mustard, and 2 muller greek yogurts woops, it could of been worse though.

Monday
didnt have breakie i woke up late so just had a tea w skimmed milk
went for a 45 min power walk
L: jackt potato, spicy tom sauce mackeral ( eugh not very nice prefer the mustard one) beans, spinich, bit of natural yougurt and mustard

went out and just had a jacket from spudUlike with tuna and sweetcorn and red onions
they mix the tuna with prob full fat mayo but they dont put oil or butter on the spuds
so ill prob just syn maybe 8 for the filling.
thats all i had apart from a tea when i got in, while the bf had fish and chips out, thrn mcdonalds on way home with mcflurry :(

Tuesday
B: 2 ryvita pumkin (heab) with some sundried tom puree(1 syn) mustard (1syn) and few slices of ham
S: bannana
L: jacket potatoe, tin of tuna, few beans, spinich, cucumber, 2 laughing cow extra light triangles (hea)
D: quorn mince, onions, mushrooms, chilli powder, spinich, cauliflour, broccoli, 2 triangles (hea)
was yum i quite like quorn

3 teas with skimmed milk, sweetner, 2 syns for tom puree 1 for mustard 1 for milk

Edit: had another bannana for lunch instead of a mug shot, and for dinner aswell as the prawns and spinich and cheese, i had a small teeny bowlful of bolagnase not made from extra lean meat....im going to count it as around 6 syns

L:Fruit salad, watermelon apples grapes kiwi
Kind of early dinner: bens sweet and sour rice time ( think these are 8 syn?) i also added a pack of bbq chicken yum!

well was okay i went to a zumbathon for 2 hours that was pretty good excersize
then when i got home i made some brocolli, cauliflour, a boiled egg, ham, and sone mushrooms

Then my bf came home and i had some of his mcdonalds chicken burger and some chips :s why so i do it

no point countin the syns really bad weekend

b: 1 peice of 50/50 toast, spread with extra light triangle, egg fried in sunflower oil, ham, some cheese nit sure wat is was not tons of it
L: wholegrain pasta and sauce
D: pub dinner today prob going to have a jacket with salad and chicken maybe a few drinks
need to get back on track monday this weekend it feels like i didnt stop eating
 
My god i really need to get back on track, i havent been to get myself weighed but my friends scales are exactly the same as sw scales and it shows ive put on about 5 pounds since thursday :'( i had burger king once, 2 magnum ice creams,a fried egg, 3 peices of bread, babybell cheese and some other cheese, sweet chilli sauce, pack of supernoodles, alcohol (vodka) those are the culprits... bad :( i really really craved comfort food though, badly, salads and veggies were not a craving....i also blame womanly problems and all girls know how it feels to be like that, lethargic, craving junk food etc, not nice atall...all willpower goes out the window and i couldnt care less at the time, defo getting back on track today though

Sooo im planning to get back on track, i have in fact put 7 pounds on since around september :( so back to were i started in the very first place, all my hard work out the window cause I'm weak, feel awful, haven't been drinking my water everyday, so been so lethargic, been eating what i like when i like, its been hell its hard to break it once i slip, and these dark and cold days don't help for motivation, bit stupid that I'm doing this before christmas but at least i could set a mini goal, cause at the moment I'm so depressed and don't even feel like going out anywhere, i was thinking of joining a gym but since xmas is coming i wont be able to afford it yet so maybe in january. I need to do this, my face was never this round and puffy when i didn't eat all that bad stuff I hate it. I don't know how people do this for like years when i couldn't even last a few months. Im not sure what day I'm going to join slimming world, think it will be a monday.
 
Monday

4 teas with semi skimmed milk

breakfast: tesco sweet chilli chicken sandwich wrap...i know that gonna be pretty bad but it was on sale lol!
Lunch: tesco garlic prawns, homemade savoury rice
dinner: mcains jacket potato, tin of mackerel in mustard, few beans
snack: chinese mug shot

syns: blatently went over the syns with that stupid fatty wrap god knows were the 13g of fat comes from it didnt even have mayo..
Prawns are not that much prob about 3 for dressing, rice was prob about 3 and 1 syn for potato, mackeral 1syn i think
went over cause of the wrap....be better tomorow :)

need to get back into the habit of drinking my 2 liters a day! That really helped give me energy! Do not miss going to the loo 20 times a day though...
 
Tuesday:
b: plain quaker oats porrige with sweetner
L: nothing everyone else had donalds lol
D mushroom stir stir fry with chicken

Porrige is 5syns i read with semi skimmed milk allowance
stir fry n chicen was free but had sone uncle bens sauce in it so prob 5 syns for a portion plus sweet chilli sauc 5 syns

wednesday:
b: bannana
L: tomato pasta mug shot thing
D: pack of garlic chilli prawns, mixed vegetables
S: 4 seafood sticks

not many syns a few for the prawns i guess
 
Friday
B: 2 weetabix with skimmed milk and a small bannana
L: felt really ill so didnt have lunch, couldnt even drink my tea and that is unlike me lol
D: just had some plain prawns with shredded lettice and sone sweet chilli sauce
might have a lil snack later if im still hungry

syns at the moment prob about 4 for thr sweet chilli sauce

edit: okay so some smoked salmon was looking at me lol so had 3 slices of that
then had some cucumber cut up with some mustard and dill sauce stuff
around 4 syns for the sauce
edit: had the rest of the smoked salmon lol i just love it

so last night i did have quite afew vodka and slimlibe tonics, plus a few other drinks,
well over my syn value saturday

sunday syn calue is all in the roast lol, its just the cheese and gravy
well back on track tommorow :)
