I've been planning my refeed- just got 3 weeks of packs this time. I'll probably go under my goal weight as I'm going to enjoy myself after I've done my refeed- I have a list of food I've been craving:
Chinese
Cornish pasty
Cheese sandwich
Chip kebab
All filthy fatty food but I want to get it out the way before I embark on my new healthy eating lifestyle! I was going to follow slimming world to maintain my weight but I don't think it's for me. So my plan is healthy eating, but eating what I want on Saturdays!
Well done Jess! 5lbs is fantastic! How long until the wedding now? You must be well excited!!
MissP, yes I do fear that gluttony may get the better of me but I've sort of agreed to myself that after refeed I will allow myself a little leniency for a week before embarking on my new healthy eating plan... I'm not going to gorge madly but I will be having the foods above, gradually, perhaps one treat a week?
YEH RIGHT Scoff scoff scoff scoff scoff, get it out my system then back on it... I ain't putting all these pounds back on!

I WEIGH 10 STONE 13LBS!!!!!
A 5lb loss this week and I'm absolutely over the moon to be 10 stone something, even if it is 10 stone 13!! No idea why I had a big loss this week- will probably have a slow one next week but who cares
Thanks jacq! I cannot weight until I reach goal, it's going to feel so strange being the same weight as I was when I was a teenager!! I'm gonna do the happy dance
I've decided to have a meal tonight. I've been hungry and keep looking at my store cupboard ingredients thinking ooooooh I could make cake... Or bread... So have decided to fight off the foodie monsters and been to the farm shop. I have a lovely small sirloin steak for my dinner which I'll have with a nice salad. Yay
