My Exante diet @

So I did this diet about 4 years ago.
Here I am again.
I would like to lose 4 stone at least by September as we going on holiday in November.
I have given my self time to transfer from VLCD to normal eating for when we go away.

So last time I did total solutions.
I have decided to go with man plan this time.
Armed with lots of sparking water , I am ready to do this!

So it’s day one for me.
Breakfast porridge
Lunch. Shepherd pie ( I didn’t enjoy this at all and have 8 packs of it)
Dinner. Carbonara with 30 grams ham, 100 grams courgette, pouch water noodles

Today has not been to hard to be honest. I have looked through the extras and going to add Worcestershire sauces to the Shepard’s pie product.
I have only got enough meals for two weeks pretty much the same ones ( boring I know) but I wanted to be sure I can stick to it before buying more.

The water enhancers are Amazing, get some.
 
Day two ( sorry I didn’t write it yesterday)

Man plan. God I was hungry today. Still waiting for ketosis to kick in.
I been adding slim rice/ pasta to help bulk out my meals. ( no more than 2 a day)
I added courgette again to my evening meal and had 2 boiled eggs.
Hoping not to keep jumping on the scales but I am a serial weigher.
i know this will be worth it. I just got to stay on plan.
Reading lots of inspiration quotes today.
Got a massage booked for Wednesday night so looking forward to that treat.
Have started looking at smaller clothes I might want to wear once I drop few stone( yes looking already but you need to plan right😂🤣👌🙏🏻)

Hope you’re getting on ok, I find doing 3 products and 1 200 cal meal works for me. Lots of info on here helped sugar free cream soda from Tesco is amazing and cheaper than Coke Zero
 
Day four
I got on the scale......5lb off. So happy with that.....
Today I have struggle ....had extra chicken breast that brought me to 867 calories with my produces and other allowable extras.

I did have the pancakes tonight with Exante syrup. Was much better than I was expecting.

Going to try to be really good the rest of the week.
 
Sorry I not posted for couple days . Still on plan. Had few extra bit protein but mainly been good. Today is day six and I am 8lbs lighter than Monday morning.
Two days to go till weigh in ( well the official day) .
Feeling much better about the whole sticking to it.
I have more energy than I Dixon day 2/3.
 
I have only had bars today, two stick celery and two hard boiled eggs. I been out most of the day , hencethe bars but my tummy is really gurgling.
 
So my post yesterday was super short. Got on scales today and it's saying the same as yesterday.
I did buy a dress that is 3 sizes smaller than my current size. It was in a sale .
So now I want to get in that dress .
I am going to up my fluids today. As I was out yesterday I only manages about 2 of the 4 litres I would normally have. Tomorrow is official weigh in day, super excited and scared all at the same time.
Today is going to be a great day.
Keep positive and true to your selfs on this diet.
If you need a bit extra have it but make sure it’s on the allowed extras.
This is such a tuff diet , so if you have to tweak it do.
I think that has helped me this week rather than feeling like you failed( because that’s when your to hard on your self for having extra boiled egg) just be like, well you know what that’s ok.

Day two week two.

Today’s been not great.
I had extra boiled egg and 3 baby bel lights.
I know it could of been worse but I now feel cross with my self.
Definitely won’t do that again.
Tomorrow’s a new day.
 
Day three week two.

Scales not moving so going to try TS.
I might add one boiled egg but that’s it.
Feeling ok and very very cold xxx
 
Day4 week 2

Brought myself some perfume, jumper( to sizes smaller than I am now)
I feeling pretty good at the moment.
I not finding it to hard now. I been eating more bars, shakes and porridge.
Going to try to not weigh myself till Monday morning ( this is really , really hard for me). Hope your all focused and on plan xxx
 
Day 6 week two.

So every one had Chinese takeaway tonight. Boy that was hard. I did have extra babybell light.
Feeling so proud of my self.Hoping I can stick to this for another 21 weeks.
When you say it like that it sounds forever.
It will be worth it.

So tomorrow is official weigh in day.
I got that scared but excited feeling again.have not jumped on the scales.
That’s blood harder than the diet itself.
Even when I Was not on diet I still weighed everyday ( I know that’s bad)
OMG I want to be on week 20 . Hoping for a warm summer,so bloody cold on this diet.
 
The cold is hard but you get used to it tbh I layer up

Once I’d lost 2 stone I went from TS to flexi and lost a further 1.5 st. 800 calories is more manageable for me.

I maintained for 9 weeks, then got lazy, emotional and stressed and now need to shift 10lbs.

Would recommend electrolytes tablets, drinking warm bouillon and hot baths before bed are a treat
 
Ok so got on the scales and managed 4 lb off. So I done my first stone all by 1/2 lb. so happy with this.
Week 3 here I come xxxx
