My Exante diet @

Day two week 3.

So proud of my self for sticking with this.
I got to say I found this easier than last time I did the diet.
I seem to be more focused and more driven.( husband not being very supportive at the beginning.i think it’s because he is a lot heavier than he was. He’s on board now with me)
Going out with friend tonight( she’s always supportive).
Have not seen her since start of this so will be interesting to see what she says.
I have not got on the scales this morning( I do find that incredibly hard).
 
Day 4 week 3
I jumped on the scales........🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 only 1 lb off. Had a nightmare day yesterday and ate extra bar, extra chicken and cheese.......

On it today. 4 more days to officially weigh in day.....I am ok but feeling crappy , cold and tired. Not sleeping well at all. Will up date again tomorrow
 
Day 5 week 3

Sorry but I did jump on the scales and I am another lb off( thank god for that)
Increased my fluids yesterday.
Had a bit of a down day but feeling better today.
I think my moods are effected by this diet but hey ho.
My sleeping is terrible at the moment.
I am still freezing cold but hoping the warmer weather is going to come soon xxx

Day 6 week 3

Yesterday I finally manage to have a total solutions day( been doing man plan)
I am hoping to now see if I can continue on TS but if I need few day MP then fine.
Really would like to see 4lb of in total for this week but it’s not looking likely.
Feeling good again about lots of things.
Not had a poo for few days now, but feel ok.
Having a day with my daughter today.
Feeling relaxed and confident I will be able to make it to September
 
Week 3 day 6 still.
I needed a second update for today. Been out with my daughter shopping today. Got few bags ,top , jeans in smaller sizes( stuff that will fit soon but not yet).
Any way took her out for wimpy, I had a bar ,black coffee, sparkling water.
I feel epic right now, will power 100% 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️👌👌 .
I am in control of food. Food does not control me.
I am seriously buzzing from this.( sorry I will calm down soon)
Still doing TS today.
Fat I am whopping you, I win.🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

You’re doing amazing!!! I’m on day 12 and am deffo moody and feeling cold all the time too!!
 
Week 3 day 6 still.

Update evening.
Had dodgie tummy today sohave had extra allowed foods on M P but feeling better tonight.

Week 4 day 2.

So I wasgoidtill tonight then ate 4 meatballs (fresh ones)
I am so cross with myself.
I know it could of been worse but really, do I not ever learn.
Getting early night so I don’t eat any thing else
 
Week four day 3
Peed on the ketosis stick. Still pink thank god. Was worried about being knocked out but still pink.
Feeling very moody today indeed( what’s that all about)
Having a massage tonight so looking forward to that, feeling really tired even though I went to bed early.
 
Week four day four

Wow I am one moody cow .
Got on scales .....still the same wtf...... on man moody meters just hit e tremendous big bad mood......,dont know what the hells is up but I feeling angry 😡 😠.
Hoping my TOM will hurry up, pretty sure it’s that.
 
Week four day five ......TOTM has arrived and not a minute too soon, was on the verge of killing someone yesterday. Not bothered getting on the scales. Monday might not be good as I reckon still will be that time. Normally for me I gain up to 6lb at least no gain yesterday.

Week four day six.

Calmness has been resorted in my house.
It seems I have returned to a none angry state.
Still not got on scales. This is a miracle for me.
Still got TOM but might weigh tomorrow . Monday is officially weighing day.
So I worked out on this week ( TOM and few days before) I need to eat more .
My face is looking so much thinner. Body is another matter.
One thing I didn’t give in to cheat meals or completely fall of the wagon.
Feeling pretty please really
 
Week4 day 7

Well I seem to be back to my old self. Weigh day tomorrow, still not got on scales still on.
I am super scared 😱😱😱😱about weigh day, few days I had extra bars and eggs.
I now know this time every month is going to be dangerous for me.
I been busy glossing the halll woodwork , so not thought about food much, missed lunch but had my two bars at same time.
I am still in shock that I managed to stay strong.
Husbands given up offering me food( thank god).
If I can lose a stone a month that would be amazing.

Will up date in morning after I got on the ⚖️ scales. Xxxxx
 
Week 5 day 2

Very low energy levels yesterday and today. Feeling very tired.
Going over to more shake based now.
Hope next week is a good loss.
It’s all I can think about is getting to end of September and having stuck to my plan.
My husband thinks I am obsessed but I like the word focused and determined more. Still freezing cold. I can’t remember being this cold on this diet before. Xxxx
 
Week 5 day 3

Did jump on the scales this morning 1lb off. Tfft was really happy about this.
Got massive problems with my back right now( separate issue it’s my fibromyalgia).
Still mood is slightly better. Been having protein side of man plan but not the veg.
Mainly bars again xxx
 
Week5day4

So yesterday I ended up eating a extra 200 calories dinner. So I came in at 1000 calories.
I have got a busy day today so it’s bars all the way for me.

Ordered few more bits in size I want to get to. Thinking I might but only if I need to stick to 3 products and 2 boiled eggs a day that comes in at 700 and odd calories.
