Hi all. Been doing sw for 9 weeks already. Starting to find I want the bad things more and more so thought I'd start a food diary to possibly help me through the hard days.
I will add what I've eaten as much as I can.
If anyone has any comments, suggestions or criticism please do not hesitate to let me know them!
Had double my daily allowance syns yesterday so none for me for today and hopefully tomorrow.
Okay today..
Breakfast: fromage frais mousse with half hi fi bar heb and a kiwi.
Lunch.
Batchalors pasta n sauce
Sweetcorn
Tea. Jacket potato .peas. 3 eggs.
Others. Half hi fi bar. Heb
Milk hea
Orange
Kiwi
