Light breakfast and dinner today because I got weighed at 3:30.
Breakfast: Banana
Drink: Water
Dinner: 4 sesame ryvita (hexb plus 1.5 for extra ryvita) norpak light (2.5 syns) grilled bacon no fat
Snack: Apple, Greek mullerlight (0.5 syns)
Drink: Dr Pepper Zero
I weighed in today and I'm so pissed off. I've put half a pound on really frustrating because I really tried this week and did so much body magic. I don't think my exercise is the reason for my gain either as I've been exercising frequently for 8 weeks now. Last week I lost a pound and the week before that I put a pound on, so in 3 weeks I've lost half a pound.
I know every body is different but it's annoying seeing people lose 5lb a week and I lose 2lb max and that's on a very good day!
I even cut out all potatoes this week to see if that mad a difference (carbs bloat me).
I think this week I'll cut out all fizzy drinks and just drink water, fill my plate with super free and have 10 syns max per day.
I've started my period yesterday so I think that's where my half pound gain is from but still frustrating feel like I'm going round in a bloody circle.
