My first Stone :D

I know it isn`t much compared to everyone elses amazing losses, But I have just realised I have lost my first stone since starting the Xenical

I weighed myself at Boots today and it said I am 14st 7lbs which means I have lost 14.8lbs

I am only losing about 1lb a week which isn`t much and I REALLY wish it was more But 1lb off is better than 1lb on right?

Anyway, Small boast, But I`m pleased

I know 1-2lbs a week is best weight loss to keep it off but I am SO impatient lol

I also find it a bit disheartening cos I eat very low fat and exercise so would like to see more
