My first weigh-in

Hi guys, I've updated this in my diary but thought I'd start a seperate thread on here to just for my weigh-in's. Started off last monday at 26st1b and today I weigh 24st12lb, so thats a 17lb loss for me this week,
 
Well done. That is amazing. Bet your pleased with that. My bloke is thinking of doing this diet as well. How have you found it so far ?
 
Hey Kate. It's definitely worth it. The first few days were tough and I had all the cravings for every bad food you can think of, but they're just cravings and your brain wanting sugar/carbs as soon as that is out of the way its just a matter of how much he wants it. I've set a goal on my mind and I'll get there. It's not been as hard as I initially thought either.

Oh I m finding it hard now more than ever ! My bloke is 6 foot 5 and weighs about 24 I think. Yeah he a been sayong about it but I would be worried about him on it. Do t ask me why. You have done wicked. You should be proud. what is your goal then ?
 
Yeah so he's not to far from where I am. The general well being, and the energy I'm feeling far surpasses the not eating though!

Ideally around 16st in the end, but 17st on LT, any smaller and I think I'd look a right idiot lol. Always been a big lad, big frame, so less than 16 st and I'd look ill I think
 
Yeah that should be ok. I suppose it depends on your BMI ? I am not sure when he s going to start it yet as its his birthday next month and we got two weeks off and social events on. So maybe after that. its all on him.
