Had a bad food day today.. I'd say I've eaten around 1800 cals so it could've been much worse but at the same time it should have been much much better!

Started a new job and have been doing 12 hour shifts... I'm tired lol.
Haven't weighed myself but doubt I've changed much, will weigh tomorrow morning as a guide.

4 quorn nuggets
1 quorn sausage with a teaspoon of light mayo.
Seen 9st 5 on the scales this morning!! Whoop. To be fair I'm not eating enough because I'm working so much.. trying to get back on the cc so I can lose it healthier than what I am now.
