Hi Aislingb, You are still doing quite well. Do try to relax a bit more over your so called errors, consider them as choices rather than "wrongs" then you won't find that you are prone to eating too many. Relaxation is a wonderful healer and motivator. Owning those blips AND enjoying them at the time will spur you on to better things.
