ProPoints My food diary to a new me <3 xox

It is a bit strange at first but I <3 it, definitely worth investing in!!!

Today so far I've had:

Breakfast:

Ww strawberry tart yoghurt 1pp
Special k bar 2pp

Lunch:

Eat smart ham sandwich 7pp
Ww caramel shortbread 3pp
Velvet crunch 2pp

Haven't decided what to have for tea yet will update later!! Xox
 
Well for tea I had:

Chicken corma 12pp
Dairylea dunker 3pp
Light babybel 1pp

Snacks:

Strawberries 0pp
Grapes 0pp

I'm feeling good about this week (touch wood) I reckon I may get a good loss, even my clothes are starting to get a bit baggy! Xox
 
Oh dear yesterday was a complete right off :( had god knows how many points and had no weeklies left to use!!! It was my sister in laws birthday and I couldn't help but have a few drinks, but I didn't stop there I had beer food now I feel totally rubbish :( but I'm back on track today and going to have to face the consequences tomorrow when I weigh in!! Xox

Will update the rest later, am going gym in a min with my sister in law it's the first time I've ever been to the gym and I'm really nervous :/ I will prob look so unfit next to my Sis in law, she's so skinny :/!! Hopefully I will be okay, I don't think it really helps that I'm dying from a hangover :( hopefully I can sweat it all out!! Will let you all know how it goes later!! Xox
 
I've just been to the gym and I absolutely loved it, it was amazing i have earned a whopping 13 activity points, I went swimming after gym aswell, I think it's definitely something I can do at least 3 times a week for a couple of hours!! can't wait to go again tomorrow :) xox

This is what I plan for tomorrow let's hope I stick to it! I've got another 2 and a half hour gym/swimming session to look forward to tomorrow, this exercise is getting easier and easier, I'm really enjoying it I would recommend it to anyone it makes you buzz :) it's very addictive!! Xox
