My food diet... Coleywoley27

Cinemas was OK Took fruit and some belvita biscuits. Worked um out at about 5 syns each (Whoops)
Came home and it was so late (11pm) So i made some peanutty toast (tut tut)

Today I have had Peanutty Toast again for breakfast
Chilli Beef Noodles for tea as we never had them last night
Fruit for after.

Not been the best week, weigh in tomorrow. Not holding my breathe for a great loss be lucky if I get half again LOL
But I am prepared for next week now and nothing will stand in my way. Cannot keep making up excuses for my lack of motivation. Jeans are falling off me and I need to get that little bit more off to get me into my next size down so I can stop pulling my jeans up every 3 seconds.
Daughters Birthday on Tuesday :( So will try to not eat Birthday cake :p

I was at the loos in the cinema last night and caught a glimpse of my reflection and I am starting to 'take shape' I am usually looking all wibbly Wobbly but I am actually looking less than the michelin man! That really really spurred me on.

So whatever them scales say tomorrow as much as it will disappoint me and probably put me in a foul mood I have to keep the thoughts of having a EXCELLENT week next week :)
 
As for my day going well......

Here was yesterdays story!
So at 4pm I said to other half (He is not working due to me being like I am so he cares for kids and he gets so bored he runs his own websites and gaming network which brings in a sort of wage) 'Don't get into any coding or anything we are leaving in an hour'
5pm Comes and I have dressed every member of the house except him, packed up the kids, their toys, xboxes, nappies and food. He is still busy doing his thing, I pack the car, sort the dogs, lock the house up etc and put the car/house keys on the stairs. Idiot other half was rushing cos it was now near on 5.20 and we was due at my brothers for 5. He gets in car, i buckle kids in and he says 'Oh s**t we in trouble' Well the idiot left the keys on the stairs, front door yale lock is on so doors locked back doors locked windows are locked! He tried ramming window open, back door etc. Finally finds a way to pop the yale lock and get the keys. Its now almost 5.40. Drive off to get to my brothers and as we get half way there, he remembers his coat. Its in the garden where he tried to get in the window. So we turn back for coat. Get caught up in traffic, then get a call asking to go to his dads house to pick something up before we visit his dad in hospital. Visiting was 6-7 we arrive at 6.25!!! Then run out of petrol 5 mins away from Cinemas and have to stop for petrol. Debit card declines! Hunt for cash! Get on way to cinemas and get stuck in traffic AGAIN! Finally arrived at 8pm!

Yesterday was not a good day ! LOL
 
Very good hun think knowing what to expect ish tomorrow. And already having your motivation for next week will hopefully Work for you

I have been good in parts this week but I just keep doing these silly slip ups. So I know that wheatever the scales say tomorrow I can take it on the chin and move on.

:D You always seem so in control with your food. I guess cos your working it takes alot of plan and prep so no way to make the same slip ups I make.

I cannot wait to get back to work and get some routine and some real prep and organisation in my life again! Right now everything seems so random and thrown together. Housework is a chore that is always just left till its as desperation point and kids are always up and down here and there!

I am a routine person and lately without a proper routine, i feel like I am losing my mind :p
 
Am glad I appear in control as doesn't feel like it.. Apart from when am at work and even then it can be a chore. I do 12 hour days so I need to plan for them otherwise am sacked in my the canteen. I struggle more when am off as temptation calls me. Lol am on holiday next week so will have to cross my fingers

Chilli beef noodles DONE! The sirloin I used was really fatty so I cut alot of the fat off but some remained and once I bite into a grissly bit it puts me off. But the rest was lovely lol.
Now to get the kids in bed and crack open the fridge for some water and fruit woohoo! lol

Well.I have just had pan fried smoked fish mushrooms broccali and mushy peas and odd combination but I fancied the mushy peas. And have made sw rice pudding for after I know it's a.tweak but it's free.in my book
 
Yeah agree on Tweaks. Not a fan of being told they are Syns.

Tomorrow thankfully we will be visiting his dad's family so I will be able to fast in peace (I eat breakfast and maybe some fruit on a Thursday!)
So will opt for the Oats for breakfast with Honeydew melon after and an apple and orange for lunch.

After weigh in I will enjoy a chocolate bar and a Peanut butter and 'jelly' sarnie cos I have been resisiting temptation all day today!
So no food tracking tomorrow.
Will pop by with WI results though.

Sat here waiting for kids to fall asleep so I can eat my weight in pizza and peanut LOL
Also trying to put together a plan for meals this weekend without knowing what I have in as I cba to go and check :p
 
Lol hope u enjoyed your peanuts and pizza.
I often do that then plan a meal and think yum that sounds good only to find that I don't actually have the main ingredient in I its so annoying. Xx
 
Pizza was lovely. Unfortunately my body didnt think the same LOL

I had the worst flare of IBS I have had in about 4 years! I was up half the night in absolute agony. So... Cheese is off the cards now LOL

Today:
HexA: Milk
HexB: Bread
Toast and peanut butter breakfast (2syns)
Lunch will be some fruit I think
Dinner still working out what I can be bothered to make. I have some Lemon and Herb Chicken so might shove them in with some veg and chips or Pulled Pork Tacos
Will update as I decide. For now I am having a cup of tea and a snuggle in my duvet before I have to clean up the house as my darling puppy ripped a hole in the wall and I now have plaster and wall paper all over my bedroom :(

I lost 3lb today so I got my 2 and half stone sticker
