Allimack thank you lovely! Its nice to see people read my dribble! You've done a fantastic job losing 3.5 stone! I hope I can do just as well as you!! How long did it take you if you dont mind me asking? And did you incorporate exercise into that?
Even though I said I wasnt going to weigh myself everyday, i did it again this morning! Stupid girl, although its back to where i was monday which is good, lets hope it goes downwards now! I figured my day works on a 2 day clock, so whatever I eat will effect my weight in 2 days time!Then again I may just be making crap up! lol
Another green day today because this week has all these religious stuff going on! and i'm such a bum that i forgot to bring some lunch with me, so i'm going to get a baked potato at lunch me thinks.. if i can find a place that sells baked potatoes around here!
B: Weetabix as usuaaaaal! I swear im going to cry if they take weetabix of the HeB list! haha (HeA + HeB + 2 syns for sugar)
S: Banana + Pear
L:Baked potato with cheese (2nd HeA) and beans & sweetcorn + Kitkat chunky (12 syns)
S: Alpen light bar (2nd HeB)
D: Whatever curry my mom has made - probs aubergine and pea curry, potato curry, sambhar (spicy daal soup) + rice + salad
Total syns: 12
The WW choccy pud i had last night was SOOO tasty! and it only took literally 1 min in the microwave - well worth the 9 syns for a choccy fix!
