I made the biggest boo boo yday every by eating chicken in the afternoon completely oblivious to the fact i was suppose to do a green day! Checked the syns and i think its like 6, so i think i was still kinda within syns i hope, but i cant have been that much over!!
Today were getting fish and chips so i really need some advise as to what to do?! lol my plan is to have fish without the batter, some mushypeas or beans with a small handful of chips? but what about superfree?!

D: Fish, mushypeas and small handful of chips? A standard portion is 17.5 syns so if i had just a small handful im going to estimate about 9 syns? Im not planning on having any other syns today so even if i have a lil extra, i really don't see it being 15 syns or more because i can never eat an entire portion of chips.. altho come to think of it, i might be really good and bake some mccains chips instead which will be like 3 syns if im a pig! Oooooo im doing that! Then i can have some curry sauce with it (6 syns)! haha

well i feel far comfortable about tonights dinner now that i've made that revelation! Duh!
