My Food + My Life + My Journey... Here goes!

MAWWWWWWWNNNING ALL! :)

Half day at work for me today! Woo...only problem is i planned in a fast day for today, but then realised im going shopping with my sisters and then its Holi today (Happy Holi to any hindu's reading this!) so we have a huge feast planned tonight. Needless to say today is going to be slightly of both plans! but ill see how it pans out, not had anything to eat yet so we'll see...

Did 30 day shred yesterday after ages and mannn did it feel good! Also did day 3 of the squat challenge, so i probably totalled about 120 squats yday.. my thighs are defo feeling it today! Lol, WI at 12st9.4lbs today which is good. Im planning on working out 5 days this week. 30 day shred mon weds and fri and to do some light boxing and continue squat challenge on tues and thurs! Hopefully that'll give my WL a bit of a boost as its been a while since i worked out!

Oh my fitness freak friend at work was tellin me bout this challenge 2day n while he was explainin it I realised it was sumthin u'd mentioned a few times. He reckons I won't b able 2 do since I'm preggers but that's just made me even more determined 2 give it a go! Man do I love a challenge! lol! :D We decided 2 wait til 1st April so it'l b easier 2 track 4 30days. I kno he'l most likely kick my @rse at this cos he's a super fit semi-professional footballer but I'm gona try my best!

So as I have changed WI days to Weds today i WI at 12st9lbs so 1lb down from this mondays official WI but im not going to count it, and just count the loss from last Monday which would equal 2.5lbs! Now next WI will be next Weds!

I am starting to feel the effects of 30DS today as my muscles are sore! Back on it today so that will be fun! I tell you what tho 30 minutes pass just like that! I love it and i had forgotten how much i missed it!

Feast day today as i managed to fast yday! Woo for me, so i will be sticking to Thurs fast day too!

Today is EE (probs not with enough SF tho naughty me!)

B: weetabix + almond milk + sugar (hea heb 2 syns)
L: Mccains baked potato (1 syn) with macaroni cheese (4 syns) and them fridge raider chicken pieces (1 syn) + 2 plums and a banana
D: Marinated chicken breast, with birds eye steamed veg and rice (1 syn)
T: Quality street choccy (2.5 syns)
Total syns: 11.5

Feel very disorientated today as today is like a thurs and tomo will be like a fri!

Oh well not complaining haha! back on the squat challenge today aswell and i think its 70 or 80 squats? Cant remember lol

lol... it doesnt actually take that long.. especially if you do it in reps!
I decided to just restart my progress on SW online, but im being cheeky and put the weight I was when I first ever started (13st12lbs) I kno that means next week when I log a loss it will be like 1st + but who cares lol (maybe this will give me SOTW haha - cheating much!)

I reckon thats what a lot of them do, otherwise there is a hell of a lot of people using way over a stone in a week
 
why did i put using instead of losing. I've been like this all day, typing random words instead of the one mean. I emailed my boss earlier asking if the bacon was alright when i meant design...
 
He's used to bacon talk. Seriously bacon comes up in convo at least once a day. One of my colleagues is obsessed with it.

yep! Pretty much! lol only 1 person in the history of the centre has ever got a grade 1, and apparently she did like slideshows and handouts and all that crap. who has time for thaT!?

Anyways new dilema. Shall i join a gym. I live an hour away from home, and there is a gym 2 minutes from my work. I could join and use the gym 2 or 3 times a week after work, but then it means I wont get home until gone 7. And I technically have a gym at home i just hardly use it, only recently when iv been doing 30DS at home with my squats.. so the question is to join or not to join..
 
If you've got the stuff at home, do it at home, save money! I contemplated joining the gym across road from my work but decided there was no point cos the amount of times i'd use it it wouldnt be worth it, so just stuck to treadmill/wii/walking. I did go swimming there for a while and just went PAYG, but the water there is always freezing and its always busy. But yeah...got the stuff at home, might as well do it at home
