Morrrrrrrrrrning all!!

So today i weighed myself after 4 days which is a huge accomplishment for me as im always weighing myself everyday! Weighed in at 12st7.2lbs, which is just over half a pound more than last weeks WI, Official WI is tomorrow so that should be down and i should see a loss this week. Probably not the 1.5lb that i want to get my shiny, but we shall see as today is fast day + gym day!!

Yesterday i had a monster workout burning over 700 calories!!
 
wow 700 cals!! now that is a workout! well done you! I keep thinking of getting myself to the gym, but i'm so self-conscious and paranoid that I am bouncing all over the place and making the machines wobble coz I am so fat and everyone is looking lol. nightmare.

so yer givin the wee guy a miss then? well, to be honest, if he said the date went 'alright' - i'd be like - sling yer hook mate! that is a crap response! have you's talked much since or has it dried up since you met? you will usually find after that first meet that if its not a mutual thing it sort of goes quite on both sides!

Haha, just had a quiet giggle to myself, my last date somehow brought us closer despite me telling him i didn't want to be with him in a boyfriend/girlfriend type relationship. I'm all from being opposite of usual xD

1. luciiloo, welcome to SW. I fast 2 days a week because i combine 5:2 with slimming world :) theres a whole other forum on it if your are interested!
2. pinky - believe me there are people a lot heavier then you that go to the gym! You should defo go, sod the rest of them, your not there for them your there for you! I used to be uber paranoid about going to the gym, but now i think screw that i wanna get fit and i will do it regardless of whether people think im wobbling or not! And now i absolutely love working out! in fact i wake up in the morning and think man i cant wait to get to the gym (sad i know!) haha
3. Yeh it was a pretty crap response, but in all fairness i kinda think i WANTED to feel chemistry but i didnt, and the height probably is what put me off so im kinda glad to give it a miss. Havnt really spoken to him even tho he said he really wants to stay friends!

So yeh back on the man hunt!! LOL

Got a night out planned on saturday in birm, cannot wait.. been too long since i met up wth my girlies and had a bit of a boogie. Needless to say itll probably be messy involving loads of booze and burnt chips at the end of the night! lol so need to be super good this week :)

My colleague brought in cake for her birthday, i've not stopped eating all day lol

Right WI day today and im down another 0.5lbs, im not upset but im not happy with that either. Seems as though my WL has completely slowed down. I think this could be due to going gym more and not eating enough.After keeping an eye on my calorie consumption, during the week i rarely go over 1200 calories. The weekend i know i indulge, but i doubt its enough to make up for the rest of the week, especially because i fast twice a week.

Last week the calories were as follows:
Mon: 1092
Tues: 472
Weds: 1300 (approx)
Thurs: 1000
Fri: 922

This totals 4786 and dividing that by 5 gives me an average of only 957 calories per day.

I would have had to consume 2500 for saturday and 2500 cals for sunday just to average out 1400 cals per day.

So after all that maths, i think im going to cut out one fast day a week and make sure i fully stick to SW the rest of the week, INCLUDING one weekend day. I will only feast one day a week (Saturday) and see how this goes.

Anywhos if i wanna lose 8lbs before my holiday i need to get my ass into gear! Still 1lb away from my 1.5award :(

L: Chicken and mushroom soup (10 syns!!) + small wholemeal roll (heb) + Pear
D: Pasta in a tomato and veggie sauce with cheese and salad (hea)
 
jeez hun, that really does not sounds like you are getting enough cals! at all! today's menu sounds like a good balanced one though. and don't forget you are pumping it out at the gym, so that is going to make your body go in to famine mode more as well!! balance be's the key!! xx
 
Thanks hun, I guess im nervous about eating more when im not really that hungry incase i start gaining. But im not gonna know what my body takes well until i try it out! So defo an increase on the calories this week to see how it goes next WI! If i dont get my shiny next Weds ill cry!! lol

Cannot believe how filling a can of soup is! Im so stuffed!! Dont think ill manage the pear just yet, maybe have it a bit later! Struggling to get down the water aswell. Only drank about 0.5 litre today. Need to make sure i drink at least 1.5litres. Yesterday I must have guzzled down about 2.5liters!
 
Half way target dress finally fits like a glove!! And to think 4 months ago i could only zip it up half way!!

As decided only 1 fast day a week for me so today is no long a fast day but an EE day.

B: Branflakes + almond milk + blueberries (hea + heb)
L: Pasta in a tomato and nando sauce sauce (2 syns) with chicken, ham, peppers, onions, tomatoes, chilli and cheese (3 syns)
D: Marinated chicken with boiled brocolli and carrots and steamed rice (3 syns)

Total syns: 8
