Right WI day today and im down another 0.5lbs, im not upset but im not happy with that either. Seems as though my WL has completely slowed down. I think this could be due to going gym more and not eating enough.After keeping an eye on my calorie consumption, during the week i rarely go over 1200 calories. The weekend i know i indulge, but i doubt its enough to make up for the rest of the week, especially because i fast twice a week.
Last week the calories were as follows:
Mon: 1092
Tues: 472
Weds: 1300 (approx)
Thurs: 1000
Fri: 922
This totals 4786 and dividing that by 5 gives me an average of only 957 calories per day.
I would have had to consume 2500 for saturday and 2500 cals for sunday just to average out 1400 cals per day.
So after all that maths, i think im going to cut out one fast day a week and make sure i fully stick to SW the rest of the week, INCLUDING one weekend day. I will only feast one day a week (Saturday) and see how this goes.
Anywhos if i wanna lose 8lbs before my holiday i need to get my ass into gear! Still 1lb away from my 1.5award
