Dinner - Sausage casserole, mashed potato, choclate top dessert (11 points)

Snack - apple, 1/4 pint skimmed milk

Wednesday

Am - 1/2 pint skimmed milk, mushrooms and tomatoes on toast (2 points)

Snack - crisps (1.5 points)

Lunch - Sandwhich, crisps (3.5 points)

Dinner - Vegetable Pilaf, chicken, WW chocolate dessert (10.5 points)

Snack - 1/2 pint skimmed milk, crisps, strawberries and cream ( 3.5 points)

Total used - 21 points

Carried over - 4 points

Am - 1/2 pint skimmed milk - Toast and mushrooms (2 points)

Snack - crisps, apple (2 points)

Dinner - spag bol, garlic bread, ice cream (18.5 points)

Friday

Am - 1/2 pint skimmed milk, mushrooms and tomatoes on toast (2 points)

Lunch - Sandwhich, crisps,ice cream,apple (9 points)

Pre dinner snack - Crisps (2 points)

Drinks - (3 points)

Dinner - Wild mushroom risotto, battered pollock and triple cooked chips with tartre sauce and for dessert creme brulee with hazlenut shortbread and then an after dinner coffee. ( Had 29.5 in total for the value of this )
 
How did you work out the points value of your meal out, vodaka?
 
I didnt kow the exact points value for it but i had saved nearly 30 points in total including the ones from that day so just hoped they would cover it :D
Must start filling this in again i stick to it much better when i do
 
Saturday
